Pretty sure that Mike's daughter in law is nothing more than a money hungry count.

They were on ok terms in breaking bad. Enough to where she let her kid spend at least a day with him for what seemed every week.
Maybe nacho threatened her after watching his routines?

Without getting too far ahead of ourselves, I'm guessing he probably realizes soon that she is a bit greedy, but he also wants to do what is best for his granddaughter. Also, it makes sense when you consider that in BB he was stashing all that money away for his granddaughter when she turned 18 and only she could have access to it then, instead of just giving money directly to his daughter in law on a regular basis.
Of course, he may have also been giving money to his DIL on a regular basis without us knowing, but he definitely wasn't doing anything to take care of her in the future. Maybe I'm reading too much into it, but I think there's a storyline there.

How many years ahead are they before the events of Breaking Bad? His granddaughter in that scene seems about the same age as the one we saw in BB.
Also, is that the toy he used to distract the hitman Lydia sent after him?

Yes it was, it is definitely an easter egg.

You could be right, she is female.

I like this show.
Guess I will eventually get around to watching breaking bad. Husband tells me when I miss things.

Breaking Bad is amazing. No disrespect to this show, but it's hard to see it getting to that level. Watch it, regardless of what happens with this show.
