I wasn't serious, cough. Just trying to mess w/ the kid.
I figured you were. But that attitude is actually kept by a fairly large segment of your college degreed office workforce. It's an attitude that's preached at kids in school, that if you don't go to college and get some kind of office job then you're a failure.
We're gonna become a nation of people with degrees and credentials. Everyone else who doesn't have a degree will get a welfare check because nobody wants to do those dirty jobs and we can't let the Mexicans do them.

While I agree with the point you make, I thought this movie was hilarious long before I ever worked in an office environment.
I didn't mean to imply you had to work in an office to find the movie funny, just that if you have I can't see how you could not, if you don't and have worked in an office, I sure don't want to hang out with you at the office Xmas party

quote:Alright, you're more mature than your prior comments indicated. Your opinion on Office Space still sucks, but you're alright. Godspeed.
I don't take comments on a message board to heart. I may say some stupid shite on here but i will never dog someones career.

For the record, I loved this movie when I was in high school. Long before I'd ever worked in an office environment.

"PC load letter?! WTF?"
fricking PC load letter cracks my shite up everytime! I feel your pain Michael Bolton.
Samir: No one in this country can ever pronounce my name right. It's not that hard: Na-ghee-na-na-jar. Nagheenanajar.
Michael Bolton: Yeah, well, at least your name isn't Michael Bolton.
Samir: You know, there's nothing wrong with that name.
Michael Bolton: There *was* nothing wrong with it... until I was about twelve years old and that no-talent arse clown became famous and started winning Grammys.
Samir: Hmm... well, why don't you just go by Mike instead of Michael?
Michael Bolton: No way! Why should I change? He's the one who sucks.

One of the most underated and least quoted scenes is my favorite; when they ask the guy selling magazines (who they think is a crack head) how to launder money.
