So maybe we are all thinking incorrectly in wondering who the parents of Rey are. Maybe Rey doesn't have parents in the traditional sense.
In other words.....REY is a clone!! But of who? LEAH! Yep...think about it....Leah was Royalty and later became a strong military leader for the rebels and the resistance. Remember when Vadar had Leah captive and the floating orb with the needle entered her cell. Maybe in addition to truth serum, Vadar extracted DNA.
This would explain how Rey was so strong with the force.....Vadar is her father.
