Looks interesting enough that I’ll check it out.
Get Out was pretty good. I liked Us until the last act, and then it jumped off a cliff and was hilariously stupid. But it was good for over half of it at least.
This one has potential and Peele seems to be a competent director and writer.

im hopeful. has potential

I thought it looked really good; That scene where the dwarf figure (presumably an alien) walks along the stables only showing its head was pretty badass.
I agree the name is kinda weird but im excited to check it out (Especially if it is aliens)

I'll laugh if the invasion is actually something like white time travelers that are invading modern America to take black people back to the antebellum south or something.

I hope this country ditches its race fetish before I die.
Looks like it has some serious potential to be a fun movie, the shots and scenery are beautiful, but god damn we just have to highlight BLACK FOLX to kick things off.

I just hope he has something different to say this go around. All of the great possibilities you can do with a modern alien invasion story. If it’s another evil white guy story than it will be totally wasted potential.

That's eerily close to the plot of the movie "Antebellum" except they didn't travel through time. They just recreated the antebellum south on somebody's property. It will be interesting to see if somehow evil white people will be behind the alien threat.
