Just use a good actor and write good stories. Doesnt matter black or white. Craig is a good actor and they generally wrote good stories (quantum of solace a notable exception). Brosnan was a bad actor and he received bad writing.

Here's an idea. Shove your forced diversity ideas up your a*s and write your own novel with your black agent. Don't mess with other people's creations because they're not yours to begin with.

No not really, It was in regards to the time and threats to freedom that are relevant to the Cold War vs today. You, on the otherhand, decided to cherry pick the part you didn't like, i.e. the fact that I suggested the actor be black. I know it's difficult to understand when you are projecting your insecurities so much but try to see that, I had no thoughts of it being about 'diversity'

Explain to me why you can't make an entirely different franchise about a black man as a secret agent dealing with the countries you mention.

No, you made those assumptions because you are afraid for your future place in the world. You don't like the direction of the world because it makes you feel small. It's ok, you'll be fine. Probably.
I don't see the problem with making an entirely different franchise. I didn't say everyone in the movie was a different color to satisfy diversitt quota. It makes no difference what color Bond is, as others have said. The point was in regards to who the threats in the world are now compared to then. Black was an example because there are a few Englishmen that people would know who could play the part and play it well.

frickin hell, you complain about SJWs making it about color and you are here spouting off about it being about color. People on both sides of this issue are overreacting. Can't stand SJWs because they are limiting free speech. Can't stand people like you because it's an all or nothing thing.
