I just finished season 1 on Netflix, I really like it. What are everyone's thoughts and opinions of this show compared to other similar shows?

It's alright. Zoey Deschanel sucks arse in every way as a human but the dude called Schmidt is a strong redeeming factor.

It's a solid sitcom that has some definite lol moments. Zoey is the weakest part of the show, but she's also the least important. The guys carry that show and Schmidt is one of the GOAT TV characters.

Season 1 was good once they figured out they needed to focus on all the different characters and not just Zoey.

Its entertaining enough to watch and waste some time. I watched whatever was on Netflix a few years ago but haven't seen any sense then. I enjoyed it but not really enough for me to bother going back and picking up where I left off.

When it peaked it was one of the better network shows on TV. But I haven't watched much since they brought coach back

I have a thread on it from a couple months back. I watched the first three seasons on NF. I liked it a lot, even though I absolutely fricking hate Nick.
It's a nice show, and I hope S4 hits NF soon.

I love it, rare show where I don't hate anyone on the show. Although I might have preferred it without Coach.

It goes in and out of being good. Different characters catch on and fade away. Winston was useless to me the first few seasons. He's the funniest part in the latest episodes I've seen. Zooey D is an integral part of the show, but is often by far the least interesting character.

Season 2 is one of my favorite comedy seasons I've ever watched. Season 3 isn't very good. 4 was better but not as good as 1 and 2

I was reluctant to watch it because figured it would just focus on Jess. Then Schmidt happens and I've been hooked ever since

Schmidt makes the show. Not a big fan of coach and at times they make Winston too odd but overall I like it. I do wait for the season to be over to binge away.

I'm the same way as you...I don't really like Winston all that much through S3. So that's good to hear about Winston.
And I'm in the minority in that I love Coach. But I really love DWJr though, so I laugh at most of the shite he says and does. But I have enjoyed him in S2/3.
I'm really looking forward to S4.
