I now live a life full of anxiety and regrets. I can’t seem to live outside of my own head or forgive myself for my mistakes.

Because of the nature of this thread I'm not sure if this is real or a bit, but on the off-chance that it's real, I can appreciate how difficult it was to lay all of that out.

If you ever need someone to talk to, find me on here somewhere and I'll be happy to, if it would help.

After watching this show, neither am I. I find myself wondering whether I am living my life or if I’m an actor living someone else’s life. Am I the observed or the observer? Am I living within a simulation? If I cannot tell the difference, does that matter? Am I Nathan Fielder? I guess I’ll have to watch season 2 to find out.

I thought fake Angela was a pretty good actress taking on Angelas mannerisms etc. and I started watching a new show on Hulu called This Fool and she’s in it:

When she kept doing the scene over and over again..."Ok...I'm gonna have my tea"...was hilarious hahahaha. She nailed her dialect and mannerisms to a T.

she was very good. And she really would lay into Nathan in some of those rehearsals.

Semi-hot take: The Fielder Method scenes were all staged and the “students” were all actual actors who were given a loose script while Nathan and the other producers encouraged improv.

They also likely used some of their real life experiences and gimmicky method acting classes.

I think the rest of the cast who were presented as real people weren’t in on it and the stuff with Kor and Angela is reflective of how they actually are.

Fake Angela was incredible. Fake Kor was good too.

I liked how they had these really dramatic blow-ups which were reflective of how we have much more vivid imaginations than what happens in reality (and real Angela is a super dramatic person).

This show went from comedy to horror. The last scene freaked me out.

when they put the price match $1 TVs in the back room of the small biz and in order to defend the electronics store manager from a Best Buy lawsuit, he got a psychologist to diagnose him as insane.

We put a small door in and put an alligator in the room. “He is just not rooted in reality”

The show was an interesting look at improv, acting, directing, reality TV, and behavior. Blending sketch comedy and reality TV was an interesting concept.

Nathan is a master at manipulating situations and driving situations where he wants them. He also seems to find the most ridiculous people to be on his show.

The last episode was just all around bizarre.

The parents of the child actors were terrible. All of them.

The 6 year old kid in the last episode broke my heart. That was brutal. And it just got more and more brutal. Amber (Remy’s mom) had full body tattoos and lived in what seemed to be a trailer park. Then sold her kid to a tv show.

Nathan recreating the audition tape and all the interactions with Amber and Remy after that was bizarre.

The last minute of that last episode is probably the weirdest minute of television I’ve ever seen.

Also, in the fifth episode dealing with the Jewish tutor and all that how did he not mention Summit Ice once?

Just finished the first episode of this and it’s crazy how genius this is. The feeding of the trivia answers to the guy is just so next level.
