I don't know why, but I didn't like Super Troopers the first time I saw it. Maybe it was the hype my friends put into it.

It is now one of my favorite movies.

Napoleon Dynamite. Watched it with a not so serious attitude the second time around and enjoyed it a lot more.

This is mine.

The first time most people watch it, they're expecting a plot that follows along like a regular movie. After watching it and realizing that the plot doesn't matter, you learn to enjoy the goofiness of the characters.

In the Loop - very rapid British dialogue, easier to follow the second time.

Burn after Reading - the actors were so far from their usual roles that it took some getting used to.

Apocalypse Now

I've stated several times on this forum that you should watch this movie in your late teens/early 20s and then again in your mid/late 30s. It's like you are watching a totally different movie and it's also MUCH better.

Walk Hard-The Dewey Cox Story. In fact, it gets better every time you watch it.
