I'm glad MegaForce and Hudson Hawk have already been mentioned. I'll add Monkeybone, Cloud Atlas, and of course, Jupiter Ascending.

That really is hypnotic.

Here is a great interview with Tommy Wiseau. He really explains the deep meaning of The Room and why throwing a football in a tuxedo is fun.

Watched this after seeing the thread about how wonderfully bad it was and that ithe was on Netflix. It doesn't fall in this category for me, but it was certainly shockingly bad. Like how did anyone pay to make that movie. Cage delivered as only he can.

I also take offense to Biodome being a bad movie that is good. It is a cinematic masterpiece. "You met men? Of the male persuasion?"

The Good Son. Absolutely ridiculous movie but bizarrely enjoyable.

Night of the Comet - so bad, yet so sincere, it actually turns into one of my favorite TEOTWAWKI/Zombie films.
A former co-worker of mine was the makeup artist on that film. He also appears as an extra, in the opening scene in the movie theatre lobby, chewing on Malomars while watching Catherine Mary Stewart playing the video game.

He told me some great stories about that film. And it's actually remarkably well put together considering the minuscule budget they worked with.

Good call, Ace.

Here's my choice, and I'll be very surprised if anyone else here agrees:

A true auteur's masterpiece of self-exploration; its Barris' version of Fellini's 8 1/2. No, I'm totally serious.

And it's all the more intriguing in light of Confessions of a Dangerous Mind. Plus, it's kind of a musical, too!!
