Tropic Thunder is always my go to for this topic.
The first time you see it you don't appreciate the first half of the movie. Upon rewatch it's hilarious.
I hated it when I left the theatre, save a few scenes, then I rewatched it and it's one of my favorite stupid comedies now.

Still think it's lame. I also didn't enjoy Juno, Superbad, and a bunch of other "teen angst" movies with a bunch of stupid arse language that never really caught on that came out circa 2003-2007 and somehow involved Judd Apatow or Seth Rogan. I did love Knocked Up and enjoyed 40 year-old Virgin and This is Marriage, though. May be an age thing.

Sideways for me as well. It didn't connect with me at all the first time, but a buddy of mine convinced me to give it another try. I'm glad I did, because I got it the second time. I've seen it several times since.
