Running Brave with Robby Benson as a Native American who makes the US Olympic team as a long distance runner is great, the last race in Olympic stadium was amazing (Tokyo i think) since it was before cgi and the whole scene had to be done in an actual stadium with an actual crowd

Does Out Cold count? Is drunken snowboarding a sport? If so that is my vote, I can watch that movie over and over.

We are Marshall is another one I enjoyed that I don't feel like gets a lot of love.

I recently seen that old Robin Williams film The Best of Times, this was a pretty good sports film (If we can call it that) that I had never heard of and thought it was pretty fun.

I'd also like to add the hockey movie Youngblood, with Rob Lowe and Patrick Swayze.

I loved Warrior and The Wrestler. Nolte and Rourke were both excellent in their roles. Friday Night Lights was good too, but it was hard for me to watch at some points.
