Most Realistic Love Stories

I think most guys don't like chick flicks because they're sappy, unrealistic, fairy tale versions of relationships that girls eat up and dream of, but that don't ring true at all to real life love.
I recently saw An Officer and a Gentleman again, and I found I cared much more about Zach and Paula because, like real life, it wasn't easy and they both had their problems. Annie Hall is another one, and 500 days of summer.
What are some other movies that portray really good love stories and do it realistically?

I remember watching the Story of Us and thinking it was much more representative of an actual relationship than most of the shite that's put out.
