Amnesia's got to top that list, right? At least there's two varieties: the hit your head type, and the forgot everything while drunk type.

Then there's the girl who doesn't recognize that Mr. Right has been there all along as the steady friend.

Especially since this is unrealistic hooey... The friend zone guy doesn't get the girl in real life. The QB does

The lead detective is close to catching the bad guy, but his commanding officer forces him to quit investigations because he doesn't believe him or he's been taking too long. So the detective has to go rogue

In Adaptation. (2002), it seems like Nicolas Cage told himself that both amnesia and time travel were overdone.

Old people partying and desperately clinging to youth/fighting aging has been used a lot lately.

Lead character is about to do something

Something happens to make things difficult for lead character

Now lead character must make a choice that will risk the lives of those close to him/her and question everyone around them.

That plot is used waaaaaay too much.

Every single comedy ever is two people with opposite personalities tag team to overcome an obstacle but then something sad happens for approximately 15-20 minutes and they hate each other. Then they make up and accomplish the mission in epic fashion.

Oh, good one! You forgot to mention, though, that the commanding officer is usually a crusty, humorless crank.

The guy getting up in front of family/friends/strangers and emotionally confessing his love for the girl at the end of every romantic comedy.

Always cringe-worthy
