Most disturbing movie scene you can recall? (in spirit of Halloween)

1) The Pet Sematary flashback scene where Rachel remembers her sister Zelda who had spinal meningitis. Zelda's appearance and screeching voice still haunt me.
2) Twilight Zone: The Movie. The scene where the young boy, Anthony, is showing his new adult friend, Helen, the house. Upstairs is a girl named Sara sitting in a wheelchair watching cartoons on a TV. When the camera shows her face, you realize that she has no mouth and her eyes indicate that she's traumatized.

the rape scene left me really disturbed for a long time until i found it was actually her husband in real life. i couldn't imagine an actress doing that on film with a random co-star.

I've said this before, but shite with the Achilles heel fricks with me. Like in horror movies when it gets cut with a knife or scissors or something like that. I'm desensitized to most things, but that one makes me cringe every single time.
