1- Saving Private Ryan
2- We Were Soldiers
3- Hacksaw Ridge (probably because I just watched it)

I find I like the older movies better. Also, Band of Brothers and The Pacific would both make this list if it didn't say movies.

It says a lot about the state of our society that the Patriot is a popular answer here. That's a bad summer popcorn flick, not a war movie.
