I have really enjoyed this season so far. I like how they keep the show moving forward.

I have been pleasantly surprised by Ghost Rider, he looks very cool especially for a TV show.

I like how they are going about getting the band back together and Simmons in her new role is a nice change of pace.

I think this has been a very good way for Marvel to introduce some of the mystical and magical side of the MCU, just in time for Dr Strange.

I must admit that I had my doubts about them doing Ghost Rider, but he has been one of the better parts of the season. I would not object to a Ghost Rider spin off

So what exactly happened last night with the uncle? I remember the zero matter and dark force stuff from Agents of Carter, but when the uncle came out of that cylinder thing, he could produce matter and control it or something?

Anyone else catch the Johnny Blaze cameo...with a bullet hole in the head no less?

Why are you being such a dick with your other thread? You've had plenty of time to edit the title.

Last night's episode was great. This is turning out to be a stellar season so far. I like the nods to dr. Strange. Any ideas on where the Ada storyline is going?

Another solid episode. I was very skeptical of ghost rider on this show but he's been well done. Any LMD-related theories? I thought they were mainly just stand-ins for characters who couldn't be multiple places at once, etc.

If they somehow get Neal McDonough back to play the LMD version of Dum Dum Duggan...

Anyone else catch the joke about Daisy Johnson being Director of SHIELD?

When Coulson implies it, she says, "Yeah, maybe in the comic books", which is a direct nod to the fact that, at one point Daisy Johnson WAS Director of SHIELD in the comics.

It got a chuckle.

I hope by the end of this LMD arc we see that it was really the corrupting influence of darkhold that is to blame, and Aida/LMD's can be incorporated into the show/team as assets.

I thinking she is taking the " protecting the team initiative " a little to literally

Really nice transition into the next story arc for the show.

So we are assuming May is still alive correct?

Well since it showed her that way...

I mean it showed her in a closet with blood on her head. Seems like she would have been there for at least a day assuming she was attacked when she went to "retrieve" Aida for the last mission.

Seems like a long time to just be knocked out on the floor.

And breathing. And with an IV running (presumably to keep her sedated and hydrated). And Aida said don't worry we'll get you cleaned up.

As to why she's alive or what the LMD's are after, I don't know.

I tell you what, this season and the last few episodes have been awesome.

Just watched the last two episodes. I was waiting to see Dr. Strange before I started watching again but got tired of waiting. Having two toddlers makes it difficult to go to the movies.
Were there any nods to the movie? I didn't catch any, but I didn't see the movie.

Yes. The darkhold book is a magic book that I think (?) was referred to in the movie. And the portal that Aida drew/constructed was magic as seen in Dr. Strange, but showed in a more deconstructed/technological fashion.

There is a series of shorts up as of today on the ABC website and app called "Slingshot." I haven't had a chance to watch yet. I think it fills in some gaps between seasons 3/4.
