Will Don be better off now that he has told people about his past?

It's the final season, and I think it has a happy ending in the long run.
But before they give us the positive finish, it's going to be a long, dark tunnel.
Season 7 Part 1 will feature Don hitting rock bottom. Megan is gone. Sally will start having sex and doing drugs. Betty will divorce. The company will push Don further and further away. Because Mad Men likes to jump ahead a bit in the time line each season, I think we'll see Don with his first streak of grey hair.
He won't be the type that the hot girls go for. He'll just be an aging, old fashioned vet who doesn't understand the 60s movement and doesn't understand the way the world is changing.
Then in season 7 part 2, he'll start to climb back.

I don't think Silvia will be in this season. Not really a place for her but who knows. The time jump is only a couple months this season so I don't think things will be too drastically different when we start.

I think Don will do everything he can to keep Sally away from drugs, he's not going to let her turn into that artist chic he knew that was strung out on H.

She's the main one who I really have no clue about. A lot of the final season will be in California since so many of the characters were about to move out here at the end of the season.

Ted, Pete, and Megan. Then as you mentioned Harry goes to California a lot. I'd guess Don will be out here at least at the beginning of this season.

Yeah, especially since he's on hiatus now. I'm interested in where the storyline with Bob goes now.
