I think a strong arguement can be made that this was the best episode. If I were to vote on the best episode right now, I would probably pick this one. But my favorite is the season 3 finale.

+1
This is definitely my favorite episode outside of the season 3 finale (come on, when Draper said "just fire us" I just about crapped my pants it was so awesome)

Draper's whole misdirection with the tv commercial was awesome
I feel like they're building up to something really intriguing with the Joan and the Betty/Don storylines. Somehow, Mad Men just seems to get better and better.

Has Don ever slept with Joan?

Did I miss something, but when did they lose the Clearasil account? I thought Pete had that all locked up.

That confused us as well. They ended the previous episode with Pete getting high fives for bringing in Clearasil's parent company.

He brought in the parent company, but he still had to give away Clearasil because of Ponds Cold Cream (Pete makes an offhand remark that he sent Clearasil to another firm).

They weren't upset that Clearasil was no longer there, just the public perception that Ted Chaough stole the account (along with Jai Lai) from Sterling Cooper Draper Pryce - at least that's what I think happened.

Loved Don's response to the reporter asking what he thinks about Ted.

Every time I look, he's in my rear-view mirror.

Well, I'm going to take a sharp left over the edge of a cliff.
