Yea he said it won't be Dunk and Egg or Roberts Rebellion. Like someone else said RR should be top on the list. It's what everyone who watches the show, especially ones who've only seen the show can relate with.

I will go with, in no particular order:
a. Age of Heroes, main focus on the north/the wall and the first men/children of the forest.
b. Rise and fall of Valyria. Issue is how could you pack enough in it and pace it to a series?
c. Blackfyre rebellions with Bloodraven coming full force.
d. maybe a history and new story revolving around Braavos with the rise of the Faceless Men.
