I just learned David and Matthew Crawley are played by the same actor. He looked very familiar, but I couldn't place him.

Bump for new episode tonight. Maybe we get somewhere instead of just adding more to rack our brains

Read where he was Prof X's kid. Apparently he does not know this and is trying to get control of powers he does not know he has. Besides the mind stuff from Prof X he also has telekinesis.

Some cool things happened and I feel like we learned a lot more
I want to think he never had a childhood and it was all implanted but Amy's existence makes that difficult. Him not having a dog was a neat reveal. What does it mean tho

The dog was Lennie (monster) before is what I gather. I think the thing he can't remember is that he remembers he never had a dog and he can control himself. The monster is trying to keep him forgetful.
I could see he was realizing it towards the end of the episode but the monster was trapped and needed him to get out. Then you see David's face blank in the end like he forgot something.

After about the second episode, I came on here and Reddit to see if I could make sense of it and it just complicated things more
I'm just gonna let this play out because they just send us for a further trip each episode. I love it though

David and his girlfriend need to come up with a code word that she can tell him when she's switched bodies. Her power isn't very powerful if her teammates want to punch her every time she switches bodies with an enemy.

They've been hinting since the first episode that David's "dog" is important. I recall during the interrogation scene that The Eye put a dog figurine on the table.
Also caught a glimpse of the yellow eyed devil when Lenny/Denny got David riled up. It almost as if David merged with Lenny/Denny to become the devil.
