This movie had a great premise but the execution was very poor. I believe this was Arnold's first commercial failure which weighed on him with the amount of creative control he had over the film. I still have nostalgic memories of it at least

I thought that was one of his better movies.Terminator, True Lies, and Last Action Hero are probably my top 3 from him.

I think it would've been better without the toon characters such as sexual harassment cop

Charles Dance was awesome as the villain.

"Hello, I just shot somebody and I did it on purpose!
I said I have murdered a man and I want to confess!"

It wasn't as bad as people said. I had a friend who just kept saying the movie was "pointless" which to this day boggles my mind.

2015 you will definitely be watching it more for Charles Dance. It was on one of the cable channels recently and may still be in rotation.

For some reason, the part when Arnold confronted Charles Dance and said something to the effect of "Dis is fah killing mah cousin" and punching him in the gut and then saying "Ahnd dis is fah blowing up my ex-wife's house" followed by him lightly slapping his wrist really cracked me up.
