His first serious gf Tracy really let herself go didn't she? To think "About a Girl" was written about her.

Yeah, she's an activist, here in town. I've seen her a few times (hard to miss ).

The years weren't kind to her whatsoever

Haven't finished it yet. I stopped it half way....will pick up and watch rest later today after I do my workout(which I'm still goofing off on the computer since I'm being lazy).

So far I like it though.

Eta: I fell asleep last night watching first 30 minutes of it...not because it was boring but because I was really tired

Well he did bang a slow, fat girl, with a smelly vagina so maybe he would have been into her being big.

Watched it last night. I thought it was very well done, and was a bit like his music, mildly disturbing and out of control at times.

I've never believed he committed suicide. Supes posted the Tom Grant page that details all of the mysterious inconsistencies, and that page has been on the internet in some form for over 15 years. I remember reading it back in 2002.

I think someone gave him an OD, and when he didn't die, shot him in the head. The most mysterious death was that of El Duce from The Mentors, who died shortly after telling documentary film makers that Courtney offered him $50k to kill Cobain.

As for the music, I think it's become fashionable to hate on 90's alt. and grunge rock, but it really defined Gen X and was a huge escape from the glam metal crap we'd had in the previous decade.

So frick the music board. Any board that praises fricking Phish and Slipknot is not worth posting on.

1. He didn't do it he chickened out.

2. His other girlfriend was very cute and thin based on the multiple pictures we saw of her with Kurt.

El Duce was mysteriously hit by a train 2 weeks after the filmmakers for Kurt and Courtney interviewed him

Correct me if I'm wrong. But did Kurt hate the song "Smells like another teen spirit"?

Correct me if I'm wrong but did you just combine "Smells like teen spirit" and "Not another teen movie"

El Duce isn't the most reliable source. Him getting hit by a train isn't that hard to believe.

No kidding. His entire career was built out of saying the most outrageous things he could think of. And if I was looking for murder-for-hire the last people I'd involve is the fricking Mentors.

Free Fix for a frick is a lot different than "Courtney Love wanted to pay me to kill a guy."

Him dying right after saying that is still unusual, especially in light of the other strange occurrences.

Courtney was a piece of shite junkie herself. I doubt she was tapped into the underground assassin world. I can believe that she would ask him to kill Kurt. I don't know that it actually happened though.

It's not outside the realm of possibility. Love is certainly a piece of shite and seemed very jealous of Kurt. I still believe KC wrote "Live Through This".
