Oh, Ava is a dead woman walking at this point. I was expecting them to pan over to Boyd watching them from the woods or something. But it won't take long for Boyd to figure out that she's flipped on him.

And Duffy may be the only one that makes it out of Harlan alive when all is said and done. He is one slippery dude.

I called it last week that Raylan would get Ava out and get her to flip on Boyd after he let her know that Boyd was only out for himself and never even tried to get Ava in on part of Boyd's dealmaking last week.

I called my shot last week and I'm sticking by it - the series will end just like the pilot - Raylan, Boyd, and Ava in her dining room waiting to see who draws first and who gets shot.

Boyd and Ava ain't making it out of Harlan alive.

Also, if anyone finds out who sang that remix of "You'll Never Leave Harlan Alive" at the end, please post it.

I have always loved that song - especially the Brad Paisley and Patty Loveless versions - but that one tonight sounded great.

Ruby Friedman Orchestra was responsible for that version of "You'll Never Leave Harlan Alive."

Hell of a finale. I really enjoyed the conversation between Kendall & Raylan.

Also, nice touch in the very last scene. Seems like everything is going back to season one [The old bridge, Ford Bronco & Boyd going back to robbing banks]. I'm going to be very sad when this series ends

Doesn't Boyd already know that Ava flipped. Geist (sp?) told Boyd on the phone that the Corrections Officer recanted. But didn't the Corrections Officer die in that scene with Boyd where Boyd asked him to recant and he said "I can't I love her" and offed himself? So Boyd should already realize that something up, right?

No, Albert the CO isn't dead - Boyd let him go.

I can buy Boyd not being suspicious of Ava's release - YET. Boyd has had all his shite go sideways lately. Mexican cartel after him, Picker wanting him dead, being in bed with Wynn Duffy, killing Cousin Johnny, Jimmy being murdered, Ava breaking up with him, killing Lee Paxton, killing some dying old man, dealing with the sorry Crowes.

Boyd has been off his game all season and Ava is Boyd's one blindspot and true weakness.

Now, if Boyd doesn't start to get suspicious by about 1/3 of the way through next season, I won't buy it.

That was pretty much the end.

Ava working with Raylan/Marshals to get Boyd.

Ava scared. Raylan tells her there is nothing to worry about ... and also to cooperate or she'd be back in the lesbo farm.

I'd watch a Wynn Duffy dark comedy spin-off. I'd watch the shite out of it.

Don't forget about old gimp leg Dickey. Something tells me he will be getting out of the crossbar hotel and stirring up shite somehow.

Jumbo-- Raylan gave the phone number of the female marshall to Ava and revealed that they had a meeting earlier, maybe in the prison, and to call the lady marshall if she felt danger from Boyd for helping them. I think Ava is going to strange. Raylan got her out in order to help the marshalls against Boyd. They parted ways on the bridge after the brief talk, you didn't miss much. It was over when she got back in her truck and shut the door.

The best thing about this season ending is that we no longer have to listen to Michael Rappaport's tortured southern accent, mayne.
