I think my wife and I liked more than our girls (6&3y/0), and they loved it. We were laughing the whole time. Great family movie: fun for kids and adults, and not too long. Finding Dory was garbage in comparison.

This pleases me

Wrong.

You're clapping at a projection on a screen like it's a stage performance. Who exactly is the recipient of your audible praise besides yourself?

I saw it earlier today and loved it.

Adults and kids will both laugh at the jokes.

Perhaps it's a spontaneous reaction to something they found enjoyable.

Saw it today and thought it was funny. My son loved it. Kevin Hart and Louis CK both did a good job.

I'm assuming you always sit in front of your tv quietly for the entirety of every football game. Reacting audibly at all would be so cringeworthy when the players and coaches aren't there to hear you yelling or cheering.

While you are probably trolling, my reaction is closer to yours than to the praise from others in this thread.

It was OK. I wasn't laughing the whole time as others in this thread claim to have been. I felt the story and writing were somewhat trite. There were some enjoyable moments, but it's not very high on my list of animated films.

This felt like a Pixar quality movie, but the plot is simpler and focused more on clever humor rather than emotional impact.

Good.

Having young kids I'll take a few more of these

Parts of it were pretty dark for a kids movie.

It was really good, but I felt it dragged at parts.

I'm kind of surprised at praise for it. I liked it, found it enjoyable but I felt like most of the funny stuff was in the previews, not the actual movie.

Kind of dragged. Still worth seeing but I actually liked finding dory more than this. Maybe bc my kids have been bugging me to see this for 6 months.

This. It was fun, but not great. Worth a watch.

sorry but I can never think about people reacting at the end of a movie without bringing this back up

Never Say Never- Never would I think I'd say that spending $10 on my Never Say Never ticket was the best value for money of anything I bought this year, but here I am to say that. The movie itself is good. It's an interesting documentary on a kid who is trying to stay a kid in this big world. The music is great. The sequence and timing are superb. But what puts this movie over the top are the fans. That's right. By the end of the movie, 75% of the theater, consisting mostly of early and pre-teen girls were on the ground level with their hands up, screaming and touching the screen as if the movie were a concert. It was exhilarating to be in that number! I confess I too ran down to the floor and began dancing and screaming with the masses. What an awesome movie experience. Movie 6/10 Experience 10/10.
