Exactly. I loved the first one. LOVED it. The second was ok but nowhere near as good, and the third was just bizarre...and not in a good way. I haven't even attempted to see the others.

The first one had some very slight details that set the tone. Like when Sparrow gets cheeky at Liz wrapping his belt atmround his waist creating a slight sexual tention. The rest seem to lack the detail in the story and instead prop up on CGI

the first one was awesome and one of the "funnest" movies I've ever seen. second one was awful, third was slightly better. I gave up and didn't bother with the 4th.

It was better than I thought but Jack is becoming a cartoon character at this point.
