How many movies was the Death Star in? 5?

It shows up in almost every movie in some way. If you include the planet version on The Force Awakens, it is like the Sith's one big idea. Seems like quite a concentration of power in one weapon. And, they won't let it go.

I mean particular weapon.

Not, gun, spear, or bow and arrow. Come on.

Well, most single weapons are one times. If that's the criteria, then I guess.

Indiana Jones' whip has helped save the world three times, I'm going with that.

I'm gonna go with the handgun from 1960s westerns and 80s action movies that comes with infinite ammo here.

And I'm pretty the killer rabbit could blow up the death star by nibbling on some wiring. The death star was easily the least cost effective weapon in movie history.

Yeah I came to post the ring or rings from Lord of the Rings. I still don't understand what the ring did besides make the wearer invisible and crazy but whatev.

what exactly did the one ring do?

I always wondered that. It seemed to be different for everyone.

Well, it's a gun that destroys entire planets. It's worth building and rebuilding and rebuilding again. I used to think it was tiresome to keep having movies about it too but really, it's realistic that the empire would keep at it and can you conceive of a more powerful weapon?
