I think TW's portrayal of Bosch is one of the best parts of the show. He's done a good job of making the character his own. The TV show Bosch is different from the books, but the essence of the character is the same

This is always what gripped me about the books. Bosch was just so real and riveting. I'm now very excited about this series from yal's take on the TW portrayal of Bosch. This is what I was most nervous about when I saw the casting, even though the show overall got great reviews.

I was nervous it would just be a generic crime drama and not have any of the true Bosch feel. Appreciate the feedback!

It also helps that Connelly is one of the producers of the show.

The only thing that bothers me about the tv show Bosch is no mustache. And they tease it in the first episode of season 2.

I'll add to what's been said, season 1 is good, season 2 is great. Very easy to binge. Nice LA noir feel. Absolutely worth your time.
