I had never heard of this movie until this thread, one that fell through the cracks I guess. I watched it last night and thought it was fantastic, I laughed the whole way through, even in parts where it was extremely inappropriate. Thanks for brining it to my attention Carson. Instantly one of my favorites.

I also watched last night and really enjoyed. I had seen it listed on netflix but had not paid any attention.

Thanks to this thread I saw a very good movie.

In the Mood for Love and There Will be Blood are the only 21st century movies I might go that far with. To each his own.

To each his own is right. I thought There Will Be Blood was god fricking awful. In Bruges is a far more enjoyable movie that delivers in every scene at every level.

I recently was told to watch In Bruges and fricking loved it. Dialogue is some of the best I've seen in any film...ever.

It really is perfect. The guy in the restaurant turning out to be Canadian is the most perfect use of irony I can think of.

I took a side trip to Bruges just because of this movie. It is ridiculously beautiful.

Just don't get it. I'm no stranger to black comedy, but this didn't make me laugh once. Colin Farrell was horrible, and the dwarf plot belonged in a so-stupid-its-funny movie.

The only thing I liked was Ralph Fiennes' commitment to his role, but he's barely in the fricking thing.

Four year bump to continue a brief line of dialogue in the movie.

I just...I can’t...whatever. Carry on.

Agree. Up until the last 20 minutes, however, it was fantastic.
