It's the most accurate I've seen. Some of it is overblown yes (it's TV afterall), but still fairly accurate. My feeling has always been that actual security professionals are consulted for this show.

I'm 3 episodes in. Its strange, yet entertaining, but more importantly I have no idea where it will go, so I'm excited to keep watching

They are. And much of the hacks are based on real hacks. They did a special on it. "Mr. Robot Decoded," I think.
