I have to agree. The guy has directed some of the worst episodes of the series. It's hard to know how much blame he specifically deserves, but there are red flags. I can't help but feel episode 8 should have been a classic. Instead, it was one of the weaker episodes, and directing may have been a big part of that.

Yes. He directed episodes 3 and 4 of season 5 and episodes 7 and 8 of season 6.
