I don't know if they enforce it, but Hulu is 1 device per subscription. In their FAQ is states that this is forced on them by the network content providers.

I watch Hulu for maybe an hour a week. It seems like they don't run as many ads as network programming, that's why it doesn't bug me that much. Although they do run the same spots over and over and over again.

I guess maybe it's because they have brand new episodes. Personally, I would not sub to Hulu at this time, but I think they're headed in the right direction.
