Watched all the other seasons up to this latest one, but haven't watched it yet. TBH, I was starting to lose interest.

Very bad.
I used to think no matter how underwhelming House of Cards may be, it's better than what you will find on most of cable.

The first ten minutes of the first episode of season 5 has no chance of happening at all in real life. That was just flat out retarded. It was so beyond stupid it insulted my intelligence.

And the way they went about it was like the American people in the HoC universe just kinda took it as business as usual, no big deal, standard ops, nothing to see here. It was treated like we would look a report that a House committee decided to table an issue regarding research on weather patterns in the Bering Sea. A little bit of news to lead into the commercial break.

Season one is great. Season two is bad and I gave up after four episodes in the third season. Had a recipe for greatness and the writers took a giant shite on it.

You have to suspend disbelief less when you are watching a Sharknado movie. I have never seen a show go from one of the best to one of the worst. The last season accomplished that.
