How could those people work there without getting paid? Having to ask for your check? Owners waiting to pay (without telling you) because they don't want the check to bounce? I'd be gone with a quickness. Those employees should have filed a labor suit against that fruity frick. Both of those owners pissed me off with their smug attitudes.

Wait, so Ramsay now has Hell's Kitchen 2hrs/wk, Master Chef 2hrs/wk, Kitchen Nightmares, and now Hotel Hell 2hrs/wk?
Jesus, talk about hitching your wagon to somebody. They're more in love with Ramsay than they are with McFarlane. I might understand it if any of Ramsay's shows weren't complete shite, and obviously scripted at that.
Now all they need to do is start an American version of "Gordon Ramsay's F Word" and they can have him on every night of the week.

That owner is pissing me off. I recorded both and am watching it now.
"They don't have to work here" When talking about why they shouldn't be upset he hasn't paid them in a month.
He wants a high end place, yet he has a chef that googles recipes and crap food and crap smell in the rooms. About to start part two, can't wait to see how he changes it.
