re: do you think the electoral college is fair? - Bumble Bee
Nebraska and Maine use whats called the Congressional District Method
This needs to happen in all 50 states. I mentioned in another post about the EC that I thin ALL 50 states should get one EC vote per Congressional District to be determined how the votes in that district vote. Th...

re: Number of debris cautions per race in NASCAR since 1990 - Bumble Bee
I used to be a BIG NASCAR fan. Now, I don't think I watch one race. NASCAR has turned me off completely with "The Chase". Every season, it seems they constantly changed the rules for the entry. At first it was top ten drivers. Now, its a 15-20 car field. If you win ONE race your set it seems and...

re: Blair Witch sequel coming in September - Bumble Bee
The brilliance of the first movie was that it was different. They took full advantage of using the new technology of the Internet to market the movie as a reality type movie, creating a folklore and tragedy. Remember, this was in the very early days of the Internet. part of the attraction of the mo...

re: When will the Electoral College change? - Bumble Bee
Why exactly is give states a say in this a bad thing?
I'm not saying it's a bad thing. But for my plan to work, all states would have to agree to the plan. My point was, it would never happen because states like CA & NY would never change because it would only hurt the DNC....

re: When will the Electoral College change? - Bumble Bee
I would like the EC broken down by Congressional District. For Example: If state A has 9 EC votes. Whoever wins each of the 7 Congressional Districts gets those single votes. That leave the 2 votes for whoever wins the overall vote in the state. Problem is the STATES decide how to divide...

re: Knob/Tube wiring - Bumble Bee
Was he able to get insurance on the house? Does the Insurer know about the K&T? We sold my childhood home last year that had K&T. The Home inspector noted the K&T wiring and instructed the new buyer to check with his insurance carrier. No insurer would issue a policy on the house until the wiring...

re: Bryce Harper Wants Baseball Players to Show More Personality & Flair - Bumble Bee
I don't mind a little "flair", but I also don't want to hear him complain when a pitcher throws high and tight. OT, but Historically, there was a reason to throw high and tight and that was to back the batter off the plate and make them uncomfortable. Back in the day, players didn't wear all the...
