help with movie title (i remember the sex scene)

this may be difficult. not a popular movie.
and no it's not the sandlot.

the scene i remember is a hot blonde in a light blue bikini gets out of the pool and goes to bed with a guy. while the guy is sexing her on the bed in the missionary position he begins to choke the girl sexual.. while he is doing it he starts to have bad flashbacks of something bad that happened to him and he begins to choke her for real.. then he ends up killing her..
