Now I don't think she'll listen, or at least won't listen until something dramatic happens as a result of she revenge. But I could see them going down the route of her struggle to fully turn back into Arya Stark.
I think she definitely hooks up with Gendry (especially given their interactions in the books) but I don't know where it will go. I don't think she'll ever be killed off, though.

I mean, she's already said that she's Arya Stark of Winterfell and that she's going home. I think she meets back up with Mel and the BWOB - with Gendry - and they head North.

Her saying it, and it being true are two different things. We know that instead of going home like she said, she went to take revenge on the Freys. I don't think she will even make it to Winterfell this season (if she does it'll be in the last episode). And Starks are about justice and doing the honorable thing. They aren't unhonorable assassins that feed their victims their own children.
I mean yeah, she's more Arya Stark than she is no one, but not by much. And the more she assassinates people, the more she sways away from being a Stark, to being a ruthless killer.
ETA: I know I'm probably wrong on all of that, but I'd like to think that Arya evolves into something other than just a ruthless assassin. I'd like to see her eventually accept, or even desire, her duties and life as a Stark, something that she has fought from the beginning of the 1st book/1st episode. Heck, she'll probably just end up killing everyone on her list, but I hope there is more to her character's story arc.

Arya is going to kill, and return to Winterfell. I believe she has already made her dynamic shift as a character. I do think Gendry is with The BWB, or will be soon. I also think Arya, the Hound, and Melisandre will intersect w them.
I just wonder if the Blackfish truly was killed, and if the BWB heads north and picks up Howland Reed on the way.
