It's never been specified, IIRC. Obviously Edmure is a hostage and Blackfish is on the run, probably back at Riverrun - we must assume - and they're dispensing with that storyline as "unimportant" (at least for now - the Tullys haven't fared well down the stretch, no LSH, no more Blackfish, no siege at Riverrun, no peek at Edmure as a hostage) - I assume and are, therefore, combining Jaime's siege of Riverrun with the Myrcella/Sand Snakes/Dorne story - presumably because the earlier Jaime/Bronn scenes (also deviations from the book) were popular with fans of the show.
North, South and East - nothing much happens out West...

Just saw that, but it's not a "leaked" chapter. It was released by GRRM as a sample of the next book. He does that.

So R + L = J gets brought up and we talk about it
Then we think wiser of it and erase everything
Then forever later Kosmo brings it back up and bitches about everyone posting about it whenever it had already been buried
He then proceeds to rip everyone for posting stuff that was explicitly in the show and is not a book spoiler, but yells like a 5 year old that "they don't want it here". Fine okay.
Someone then correctly guesses (?) the theory because he saw it get brought back up and now Kosmo and this guy are discussing the possibilities of R + L = J...WHICH IS THE SAME DAMN THING HE BITCHED ABOUT THE PAGE BEFORE IT

I guess it's probably best to just stay out of that thread altogether. They obviously have a very broad definition of what a spoiler is. I wasn't even the first one to mention R+L=J, a supposed Hodor did. I then asked if that could be discussed, and someone said it had already been brought up in the Hodor threads and was ok to discuss. But when Coco started getting iffy about it I decided to delete because I didn't want what ended up happening with Kosmo going full retard about it.
There is enough of them that don't want theories, so it is best to just not post them. Looks like Nipples is going to drop theories over there just to screw with them anyways, so it's best to not get caught up in that.

It's stupid that r+l=j can't be discussed by hodors by this point. It has been laid on pretty thick at this point. Who Jon snows mother is? Was the first thing Martin asked the writers. At this point it's hard to avoid for anyone that's a fan of the show.
If a show watcher started breaking out howland reed theories or benjen theories that would be a bit different.
The hodor thread has been painful to read for awhile. It is best to just wash your hands clean of it
