After the absolute turd that was Napoleon, I hope he redeems himself

He's been on a losing streak for quite some time.

Napoleon
The Last Duel
Alien Covenant
Prometheus

His last well received movie was The Martian

Not sure how you get close to the first one.

Ridley Scott has always been a hit or miss director with me. The last movie I really liked of his was The Martian. Prior to that I think you have to go back to his director's cut of Kingdom of Heaven where he made a truly great film. I thought American Gangster and The Last Duel decent movies but nothing more. I almost left the movie theater while watching Napoleon. As a big fan of the subject and the time period, it had been a long time since I had come away so disappointed while watching a movie.

I really enjoyed the last duel. The 3 viewpoint premise was unique.

This doesn't fit at all lol. This is such a lazy sequel attempt that no one would even care about if it didnt have the original attached to its name

No. He’s been ok with Prometheus, Alien: Covenant & The Last Duel. All were good films.

Would be cool to see him somehow reunited with his family.

This movie is gonna suck and everyone will be surprised for some reason, which I don’t get. Nothing about this tells me it will be good
