Honestly, I'd start with Silicon Valley, especially if you like comedies. It's one of the best new shows on TV, and you can likely watch the whole thing so far (one season - 8 episodes) in one or two sittings.

Agree 100%. You can catch up and be ready for next season. Hell, you could finish it today and still participate in the epic discussion going on in the Silicon Valley thread.

Maybe tried it three or four times, and didn't like ever like it. I've even watched clips that people have posted on here before of some of the best moments and didn't care for them either (though that may be partially because I am not fmailiar with the show).
