Again I highly doubt it the cast on completely different continents has the entire show script regardless of what she says, unless they sent every one a fake script saying that Jon is dead just to try and keep up with this ridiculous lie they are trying to pull off

I'm on neither continent, nor have I stepped foot near either set, but even I know that (A) Jon Snow is dead and (B) Jon Snow won't be staying that way for very long.

Like Maisie is going to come out and be all like:

"Oh guys, guess what, I have the script and Jon is not only alive, he is finally shown to be a Targaryen and back in Starks clothing and takes over the north before joining Sansa, who then join with Stannis who is also still alive and take over the throne."

Of course she is going to drag this out as long as possible.

I could see them leaving any Jon scenes out of the S6 trailers too.

Totally agree. No way the next book doesn't come out before the next season starts.

Not Jon but another dead character has been spotted in and around the filming:

Hmm

Though to be honest if this one is anything more than a dream/fantasy or flashback of some sort (or better yet just the actor/actress visiting old friends on the set) I think I'd be kind of pissed.

She better just be visiting old friends on set. Of all the dead main characters, she's the one I want the least to return by far. She's not even a fun character to hate.

It's either a flashback or she's just visiting friends. Nothing else makes sense.

I thought about this the other day.

Does GoT have any flashback scenes what-so-ever up until this point?

I don't see them all of a sudden using this vehicle of screenwriting, but I guess if they were going to do it, it would be this season.

I highly doubt they all of a sudden show a flashback after 5 seasons.

They did the Maggy the Frog prophecy, which was a flashback.

Will the Sixth Game of Thrones Book Be Out Before the New Season?
quote:

Will the sixth book beat the sixth season out early next year? A rundown of the evidence so far.

George R. R. Martin was in New York July 30 through August 10, ostensibly for “a wedding,” according to his blog, but he also met with his editors and publishers while in the city:

"So I'm headed east the first week of August... for a wedding, yes, and no, that's private, so you don't get to hear any more about it... but I am going to see my editors and publishers and agents while I am in town, and do some other fun stuff... including a ball game."

Martin’s editor, Anne Groell, didn’t tweet for nearly the whole month of September, from September 2 through the 30. In April, she tweeted about editors’ absences from social media being significant indicators of how busy they are.

The Polish translator of "A Song of Ice and Fire," Michael Jakuszewski, has reportedly been asked by the publisher “to reserve time at the end of the year” for The Winds of Winter translation. If legit, this seems like the biggest clue of all.

In the meantime, Martin has a new book out today, A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms, an anthology of the first “official prequel novellas” to "A Song of Ice and Fire." But The Winds of Winter is definitely coming. . . eventually.
