I'm just saying the character descriptions people are saying. It's really no big deal at all just kinda shows that oh there's this Brienne girl who's supposed to be ugly. Plus people can kind of get an idea on Margaery

I don't really see how talking about whether an actor/actress fits the description of a character is a "spoiler". If so, it's a pretty weak complaint.

Spoilers = Revealing a major plot development that ruins the story for someone who hasn't read it/seen it yet.

I was just playing devils advocate. There are no true spoilers but some minor details on unknown chars.

BTW, I'm excited about seeing something that may not have been included in the books. But I do worry that they may be trying to cram too much content in. What was in the books was plenty enough to work with but I understand wanting to go this direction to add something for the readers who know how it's all going down.

I haven't been following the production as closely as I did season 1. Thanks for posting this. I just watched all the landscape videos and they look amazing. I can't wait to go ranging beyond the wall.

Just added a new video with some nice sound bites from Peter Dinklage (Tyrion), Gethin Anthony (Renly), Lena Headey (Cersei), Emilia Clarke (Daenerys), and Kit Harington (Jon Snow).

they haven't been cast, so doubtful. Likely referring to Robb and Jaime seeing as they're already established characters who got little screen time in the second book.

Lord Berric was in the first season wasn't he? When Ned sends his men along with them to execute the Mountain?

They've said berric would possibly be recast when needed next season so doubt that guy will be given a large role in season 2. The reeds aren't even cast so they're not introducing too many new characters/storylines outside of the main plots

that was sweet. can't wait.

I've watched every episode of Season 1 at least 3 times. I'm 60% through Storm of Swords right now. I never read books, so that shows how much I enjoyed the first season and the storylines.

Agreed.

I also think it's going to be more of Robb's storyline that is the off-the-page stuff. Maybe not so much Jaime since they're pushing up his storyline from ASoS.

My biggest concern going forward (after seeing the clips I'm far less worried about the budget) is how they're going to incorporate all the new POVs you get from ASoS on (especially from Feast)? I imagine they're going to have to make some adjustments for the sake of the main characters of the show. Hopefully they don't lose the integrity of the story.

Meh. I wouldn't have a problem if they started telling the story in chronological order when it gets to that point.

I imagine once they get to season 5 and move into AFFC they'll combine AFFC and ADWD together so all the popular characters are still there and it can flow chronologically. There is really no other way they can do it and have it work. They should be able to work AFFC and ADWD into two seasons pretty easily since not much happens. ANd since they are doing two seasons for ASOS they should have no problems there.

well it help that the author of the book is helping you direct the show and make sure it doesn't stray too far away from the books. I can't wait for episode 9 I think it is which GRRM directed himself. People who read the book know what episode that's going to be.

They aren't necessarily cutting ASOS in half. They are cutting it off at a certain point. I imagine season 4 will be parts of Swords, Feast and Dance.

I think a lot of Feast will not see much screen time.
