It's hard to tell though because during the "festivities" they all, Tywin and Cersei included, have their public game faces on.

The flask used to fill the cup is the one in front of Tywin, Cersei and Tommen FWIW. I thought about the pie, but seems to risky to poison other people unless the plotter really didn't care about collateral damage.

Perhaps the poison was given before the last pour?

Loras and Oberyn exchange a very interesting smiling look and nod from across the area just before things get busy - probably the most incriminating thing I saw.
