Anybody else watch the premiere episode(s) this week? Happen to catch it and thought it was pretty good. The main character kept me intrigued. Have a feeling most on here wouldn't like it, but was curious anyway.

Have it recorded, it'll probably be one of the ones I record but dont watch until the season is over as I have yet to watch it, and dont know when i'll start.

It reminds me a lot of Castle, which I'm sure its meant too. The lead guys is pretty good, not sure about the Detective just yet. Gonna be a good show to eat up time at work when I have nothing to do.

Seems like NBC or CBS did a show a few years ago with pretty much the same exact premise.

Are you thinking of Forever Knight? That's what I thought as soon as I saw the commercial. I did not watch the premiere.

someone did, it was a guy who was cursed and the curse could be broken if he found his true love. I think i t was called Amsterdam or something like that

I liked it. Added it to the DVR line up. It was intriguing enough to keep me for awhile, at least.

Sort of, except he wasn't cursed.
He saved the life of a Native American girl back in the 1600's by taking a bullet meant for her. In thanks, she put a spell on him that made him immortal until such time as he found his true love. She saved his life as he saved hers. The main character was played by the actor who plays Jamie Lannister on Game of Thrones.

Just watched the pilot. Watching the 2nd episode now. Not sure if I'll keep taping it yet. Seems a little hokie.
