To answer the original post, I have to go with Seinfeld. All my other favorite shows that have been syndicated have worn on me after a while. I never get tired of watching Seinfeld reruns. It's also nice to get a fresh Seinfeldish fix by watching Curb.

Seinfeld is the best to me in regards to that format (with the laugh track)

Seinfeld. Every episode still makes me laugh to this day.

I would put Arrested Development up as the show that has made me laugh the most per episode, but it doesn't have the longevity of Seinfeld (unfortunately).
