Not a lot of love for Eight Men Out, which is tied with Bull Durham for best baseball movie ever.

Though I will accept the Sandlot as a correct answer.

i've only seen eight men out once and that was a while back. i enjoyed it then, but i don't remember thinking it was the best baseball movie. the rest of the movies i saw as a child, so they made my list for sentimental reasons. bull durham, field of dreams, for love of the game, etc. just missed the cut.
