Some of it is. The real portions are taken from news footage.

There's one of a guy whose parachute didn't open and he bounces about 20 feet in the air when he hit the ground.

I don't know. I know we used to rent them in middle school, we had a friend's brother get "r" rated flicks for us, and I had a room in the back of the garage we would watch in.
Only the puppies really stuck, I don't know why. Maybe because I have seen so much other real gruesome shite. Lit those Russians getting hacked up by the Chechens.

some are real. Remember seeing an execution by AK-47 and seeing a dudes face bounce off a bullet. Many are fake though. Ogrish forums have a ton of real vids from overseas, but Faces of Death broke my cherry.

I remember when these came out twenty-plus years ago and I had some friends that were really into them. I tried them, hated them, and quit hanging out with those friends. Not for me.
