Nathan? The guy was a machine physically and mentally.

Honestly, thinking it through, Nathan is the closest we've gotten to Luthor on the big screen.

I know. Just imagine Clancey Brown saying that. It is just perfect for the character. Remove the alcoholism and quirkiness, and that is perfect Luthor.

Even though I thought Eisenberg gave a good performance, him cast as Lex Luthor was by far a worse decision. He's so far from the source material it's not even funny.

Unlike JE, I thought Leto looked great as Joker. But his performance was almost unbearable for me. He reminded me of a heroin addict.

They both had poorly concieved plots and motivation. I'd have to say it's a tie overall.

Pretty much a perfect description. I've always felt like Luthor needs to be more imposing and not such a dweeb.
