Along the lines of the British accent in Roman Movies. The Germans speaking English with a German accent when talking to themselves in war movies. Can't they speak English without the accent? We know they are German.

I have one. The "fly/drive through the closing doors" exit is overdone as hell.
Also, who puts a countdown click that says how long until the door closes. That is a complete waste.
