Directions for Daredevil Season 2 (Comic and Netflix spoilers for Hodors)

Since this seems to be an overwhelming success. How would you introduce additional characters and storylines without overloading the viewers?
1. Frank Castle/Punisher: This HAS to happen. The two of them are constantly at odds and gives Murdock both an adversary and an ally.
2. The Hand: This is hinted at through Stick and would connect the series to Iron Fist. Also, it could bring Elektra Nachios into the fold.
3. Bullseye. In the comics, he kills Karen Page after she overcomes her downward spiral. That in and of itself could take up an entire season. In fact, they could play her emotional issues resulting from her killing Wesley into the start of that spiral over the course of a season or two, with Fisk hiring Bullseye to kill her.

I'd save Bullseye for down the line (Season 3 or 4), as said before I think Punisher and The Hand will play at least a part in season 2.
Peter Parker could very well be in Season 2. If you're going to do Punisher/Kingpin/Daredevil, Spider-Man is a near must (Punisher debuted in Spider-Man).
I could see Moon Knight being in there as well, Jennifer "She Hulk" Walters makes sense too.He also banged BW back in the day.
I'd kind like to see season 2 avoid the big arc of Page or DD going over the edge for a little while for a better payoff. Maybe something like "Underboss"...
also never kill off Kingpin. Too much for him to do in the MCU.
