Oscar-nominated writers Paul Tamasy and Eric Johnson are bringing the story of Deflategate, Brady's subsequent fall from grace, and ultimate redemption in Super Bowl LI, to the big screen.

My cast for the film:

Tom Brady.....Chris Pratt
Roger Goodell.....Jeff Daniels
Bill Belichick.....Bill Paxton
Gisele Bündchen.....Gal Gadot
Robert Kraft.....Dustin Hoffman

Please let this turn into a new United Passions. I think I'd rather the Justice League movie be terrible and gross 2 billion than for a movie glorifying Tom Brady and Bill Belicheck to be good or a box office success. Not that it's going to be one, since this may be the dumbest idea for a film I've heard in years.

Everyone throughout the country fricking hates the Patriots and wouldn't be caught dead at that movie. Plus there is absolutely no international appeal. The only place where this will be remotely successful is New England, and it will be out of every single theater in the country by the second week. Hell it might not even do that well in New England, since Belicheck and Brady are huge Trump supporters and voted for him during the course of this film. They're the single most despised team of all time, even over Penn State, which is a hell of an accomplishment when people think you're worse than pedophiles.

Let's do a redemption story about a failed artist who became a glorious and loved leader. That's about how good of an idea this movie is: a Hitler redemption story, something I'm almost sure would actually gross more than this certain piece of garbage.

I've got a great title for this movie: Box Office Poison.

Damn someone is salty. They aren't more despised then penn state you idiot. People hate them cause they win not cause they let kids get raped. Also you don't understand how popular brady is in New England despite his trump thing. Lebron voted hillary in Ohio and he is still more beloved than anyone else there

People hate them because they're a bunch of fricking cheaters and one of the dirtiest programs of all time. They have a coach who is thoroughly loathesome, and a prick for a quarterback.

But the fact that it will play well in New England isn't nearly enough to justify a theatrical movie. It's guaranteed to bomb in every other major city outside of New England. No one wants to see a redemption story for a bunch of cheaters. Why even bother releasing it in Atlanta for instance when only 15 people will go see it?

But tons of people idolize Lebron. No one aside from Patriots fans idolize Tom Brady. Everyone thinks he's a sack of shite. If there was a Lebron story, I wouldn't naturally be repulsed by it. A new Lebron "Space Jam" I don't think is a bad idea.

If you put this idea in front of me and Jack and Jill, I think I'd go with Jack and Jill. I really think this might be the worst concept for a movie I've ever heard. I don't think I could make one if I tried.

Sounds like you have a personal vendetta against Brady and Belichick . Lebron is idolized in Ohio and Tom is idolized in Boston. I agree that the movie wouldn't work but let me guess you are a Peyton fan? You idolize a dude who puts his nuts on a woman's face.

Lol at everyone thinks Brady is a sack of shite. Lebron gets just as much hate, Kobe and Peyton are both rapists . You obviously have no idea what you are talking about

OMLandshark is the single most despised person ever, even over Hitler, which is a hell of an accomplishment when people think you're worse than genocidal dictators

See I can make my own personal views into ridiculous blanket statements that have no backing as well.

Yeah honestly. A Peyton Manning movie would play much better than Tom Brady movie. He's done sexually fricked up things, but he's no where near as reviled as Brady.

Sadly, I think a lot of people have forgotten about Penn State. Personally if the two teams were playing, I'd reluctantly root for the Patriots (just as I reluctantly rooted for the Falcons), but I just think the Patriots are fresh in people's minds and have been reviled throughout this current century.

I don't think he does. You have a showing in LA of a Lebron James movie, I guarantee a lot of the inner city will see it. They don't give a frick about Tom Brady. Lebron is a black icon, while Brady most certainly isn't a white icon.

Really? I haven't met a non-Patriots fan who likes him as far as I know. At both of my national sales meetings the past few years, both of which occurred during the Super Bowl, it was New England vs everyone else at the sales meeting. They are a (an?, but a sounds better) universally reviled team.

Met quite a few who are enamored with Lebron though.

Lebron biopic movie wouldn't sell anymore than a Brady movie. Shaq was an "icon" and Kazaam was a flop . Also it's amazing how a fan of one of the most racist institutions in the world calls other people reviled.
